Week is in the books. This is the second time Cork City F.C. had better attendance than Shamrock Rovers. The other time was week 2. The two best supporters clubs both posted the most attendance.
Cork City F.C. rewarded their faithful with an entertaining 3-2 victory over northern club Dundalk F.C. The fans got to see 5 goals total in this bout.
Shamrock Rovers have the highest average and most attendance of all clubs. They were playing the Students at Tallagh and 2,500 attended. This figure is below their average however they still were the second best in the 10 week.
Derry City F.C. with only 1,250 at the Brandywell was a bit disappointing. The Candy stripers were playing the undefeated St. Patrick's Athletic F.C. Derry City F.C. is still challenging for the league lead , which was a huge game in the league and for Derry City.
Bray Wanders posted slightly over 1,000 against the famous Bohemians F.C.  Bray Wanders did come away with a quality 2-1 win.

Drogheda United is having a season to remember. They were in striking distance of going into 1st place with a win. The Drogh’s were also playing league leaging Sligo Rovers. I was expecting the biggest crowd in Drogheda but Only 1,087 supporters showed for this match. I expected more for the Drogh’s supporters in this important game. The Drogs were missing the brothers, with the flu and the depth of the Droghs midfield was exposed.
Shelbourne F.C. has the worst attendance of the week with only 805 at Tolka Park. The Shelbourne F.C. were playing bottom of the table Monaghan United but this should not be a reason not to see your club. The Shel’s did walk away with a 2-1 victory but this week we did not get a chance to listen to the entertaining Monaghan Manager (Roddy Collins).
